RUISHUN Vermiculite Coated High Silica Fiberglass Fabric is an industrial high-temperature fabric made from high-silica fiberglass cloth with a vermiculite coating. It is designed for welding protection, foundry insulation, molten metal splash resistance, furnace insulation, fire curtains, and other demanding thermal protection applications.
The high-silica base fabric provides excellent heat resistance, while the vermiculite coating improves abrasion resistance, flame resistance, moisture protection, and surface durability. This makes the fabric suitable for continuous high-temperature environments and harsh industrial working conditions.
Vermiculite coated high silica fiberglass fabric is a flexible woven thermal protection material. The base cloth is made from high-silica fiberglass with SiO₂ content typically above 96%, and the surface is treated with vermiculite coating to improve heat reflection, molten splash protection, and working durability.
Compared with standard fiberglass fabric, this fabric performs better in high-temperature insulation, welding splash protection, furnace lining, fireproof curtains, and industrial safety applications where both heat resistance and flexibility are required.
