The RUISHUN Car Fire Blanket is a high-performance, fire-suppressing protective blanket designed to quickly smother flames in vehicle fires, helping protect lives and minimize damage.
Available in two silicone-coated material options, both with enhanced durability, flexibility, and moisture resistance:
Silicone-coated fiberglass fabric — suitable for standard vehicle fires, heat-resistant up to ~550°C.
Silicone-coated high-silica fiberglass fabric — for extreme heat fires, including EV battery fires, with continuous heat resistance up to 1000°C.
Both size and weight are fully customizable to meet different vehicle types and fire safety requirements. The silicone coating ensures easy handling, tear resistance, and long-lasting performance.

Using a car fire blanket correctly is critical for quickly controlling vehicle fires and preventing re-ignition. Follow the steps below to safely suppress flames and cut off oxygen supply.
Take the car fire blanket out of its storage bag.
Hold the handles firmly and keep the blanket between you and the fire to protect your body.
Tip: Always approach the fire from upwind when possible.
Unfold the blanket completely and hold it at arm’s length.
Ensure your hands are protected behind the blanket edges.
Carefully place the blanket over the burning vehicle, starting from the front or nearest edge.
Do not throw the blanket—gently lay it down to avoid feeding oxygen into the flames.
Press the edges down firmly to seal the blanket against the ground.
This action cuts off oxygen, effectively smothering the fire and preventing flare-ups.
Leave the fire blanket covering the vehicle for at least 20–30 minutes.
Do not remove it too early, especially for EV or battery-related fires, as re-ignition may occur.
